This place has an amazing location that's close to everything, exceptional staff, and inviting, well-appointed rooms with comfortable single beds.

The bed was so comfy and the shower was just amazing. Our room was right next to the pool which my son absolutely loved. The rooms are quiet and you would never know your next to a large airport unless you happen to look out the window as a plane was taking off (this was a really cool thing to see). The pool area has a large window with a great view to see the planes. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very updated and clean.

I had to keep entering the wifi password throughout the day even when I didn't leave.

We arrived at your Hotel (our flight delayed for 6 1/2 hours) at 3:00 A.M. The driver of your shuttle bus did not even offer to help with our bags. We were put into a room on the first floor right across from the vending machine. At 5:00 A.M. we were awaken by a worker filling up the vending machine. Our breakfast was included in the price of the room and we were told that breakfast was only being served from 6:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. The milk for my cereal was sour. This was probably one of our worst experiences. Please consider and implement changes in your Hotel asap. Thank you.

This place is newly renovated and peaceful, situated in a fantastic area close to a major airport and excellent shopping spots, providing a comfortable and quiet stay conveniently located near all the places we needed to go.

Bed and pillows were absolutely great and breakfast was delicious.

The room was terrific and perfect, equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The hotel's location is marvelous, nearby great shopping spots, Downtown, and the Buffalo airport. It's also conveniently close to the Falls.

We found the location to be perfect for the venue we were going to. The rooms were quite spacious and clean.

We found out that there was a shuttle that would take you somewhere if you were going within 5 miles, our wedding was 5.4 miles away. The manager denied us the shuttle. We fully understand it was past the boundaries, but the shuttle was parked the entire time we were there, it would have been a nice bonus. Great customer service goes a long way.

Convenient location near the Falls, making it easy and comfy to reach. The nearby Bistro is perfect for a quick drink before heading to bed, and it's just a short walk from here. 🍹

Large room, comfortable bed, good location for travel, offered breakfast (nice since there aren't many restaurants nearby).

Constant drip in the shower made it a bit hard to sleep. Breakfast food quality was pretty industrial. Two in our party could not eat the eggs. There was a box on the next table with a big note on it that said, "use old ketchup first."

Newly renovated hotel located not far from great shopping locations like the Galeria Mall, restaurants, and Cabellas Outdoor Store. A nice size and brand-new rooms with standard amenities. Best staff. meals. Comfortable, unbeatable location close to everything.
